It's possible, but it's even more possible that you're just getting your period.

Only way to know for sure is to wait, and if you miss your period, try a pregnancy test.

That's fine, and it does happen. But, that's your body. Your body isn't the same as the posters body. I have never spotted before my period. So you see, just because you have, doesn't mean that it's normal for the person posting.
