"Everyone knows" doesn't everyone really does... making threats to kill someone is a crime in itself... and will violate his parole..

The person that he treaten is afraid to tell probation officer, afraid for his life, if PO officer was to give this person name this guy that is locked up has people on the outside. That can get to the one being threathen. So how can this be handle.
