I received my prolactin level results in the mail today and even though there was no value put down, my primary care physician wrote that the results were normal. He ran the test because my nipples have been leaking and at times seem to swell to the size they were when my son was born around 7 years ago. I had a total ab hysterectomy including my remaining ovary, uterus, and cervix, in 2007. I noticed some discharge a couple of months ago, but now it's a bit more than that. The color ranges from yellowish to white and I have had to start wearing nursing pads. One other thing that has been happening is a change in my temperature. I can wake up in the morning and my temp will be in the 96 degree range and when I go to bed at night, my temp is slightly over 100 degrees.

I was wondering if a prolactin tumor is the only cause for my breast symptoms, as well as if there could be a correlation between the breasts and temperature.
