I have been hanging out with this girl from work who always asks me to hang out. I've always had a little bit of a crush on her and I think she knows that. The other night we were hanging out, I made a move, we kissed, and she spent the night (not like that). The next day I kissed her goodbye when she left, but she was kind of distant at work. That night we hung out again and it was a little awkward. I kissed her goodbye again when she left, which was even more awkward. I think I came on too strong and was wondering if there is any chance of fixing this?

You spent the night together and you didn't "not like that" or there is nothing wrong with saying "didn't make out".

Maybe she is wondering why you didn't want to be intimate with her that night. What did you do, lay in top of the bed with your clothes on? Sleep in separate rooms? Just what did you do all night?

She is puzzled my friend and as a woman, feeling somewhat unnattractive.

Maybe you should stop the kissing and go back to just hanging out. Or (novel idea) ask her what's up.
