I have being on a diet for like three months and lost 10kgs, suddenly I started to feel dizzy and when I checked my pressure it was at 106/70 which my parents said is low. I'am 19years old. Can anyone tell me why my pressure suddenly reduced? Thank You :)

Hi flower, yes that is low but you haven't told us what it usually is, so no guidelines. Having low blood pressure is not uncommon while dieting, but is usually a sign something is not right. Could mean you are not getting enough nutrients in your diet and could be lacking folate, or B12 which naturally occurs in our bodies. Continuous lack of this results in anemia, less red blood cells Andy you don't want that to happen.

Replacing folate in your system is quite easy by eating lentils (in soups) baked potatoes, sunflower seeds, eggs, red kidney beans.

You have run yourself down a bit, but easy enough to recover what has been lost,
