I have a 06 Ford F350 Diesel that's dead on the side of the road. I was driving along and the engine went to idle. I pulled over and played with it a bit. Engine idled fine. No throttle response. There was a tiny amount of increase in RPM when the gas peddle was depressed but not enough to be heard. No change in boost gauge. I then turned the engine off and tried to restart. Engine will not start. Every once in a while it will fire off for about 3 seconds but not run right.
Almost seems its starved for gas. Don't know which way to go. Gas problem or throttle problem? Any thoughts
