Sounds like a pump problem. Is your pump in the well or above ground?

If you are not getting water, and your switch is doing its job of cutting the pump on, which it seems it is, then you have to think a well problem. Could be the pump, or could be a drop in the water table such that the pump is pumping an air/water mix.
When it does pump up to the cut off point of 50# and no water is being used, will it hold pressure?

Yes once the tank is full ot will have water for about 10 minutes if using the shower then will check the tank and it's empty and no pressure In it tried another pressure switch still does the same thing

When you run water for several minutes, you reach the place where you have used all the reserve in pressure tank. At that point you are simply getting whatever the pump can deliver, which in your case seems to be not much. When you turn the water off, then the pump has the chance to finally pump the tank back up to pressure, and you basically start the process over again.
I'm assuming that, at one time, the well system worked fine, but this problem has now recently appeared. True? If so, then the pump becomes a real suspect.
