Can a creditor garnish your wages AND attach your bank account at the same time, in Missouri? Why say you can only take 10% of wages to only take the other 90% on the back side through the bank account?

Sorry they may take all of your bank account, since they assume you should have paid that to them if you have money that is not spent.

They only take a percent ( often they can take 25 percent) but they are limited to what they take from the weekly pay check.

Money in the bank can come from various places.

I had less than $5 in my account on Thursday. On Friday morning at 12:01am my direct deposit hit my account. I usually don't have any money in this account, and with the exception of the $5, its 100% payroll deposit. Check is deposited every 2 weeks. Can I get any of this money released, since I can prove it was a payroll deposit, they already took their 10%, and they have left me pennyless until my next check?

No once it goes into the bank, they can take it all, paychecks put in the bank are not protected.

You will have to stop any direct deposit and get a paper check and cash it and pay bills with money orders and the such, if another check is auto deposited they will keep I also

Wish I could tell you what you wanted to hear.

The minute they sued you in court and got a judgement, you needed to have closed your bank account and change the direct deposit.
