The summer holidays start in 2 weeks and I am determand to lose weight I know I am fat despite what every one says I know they don't want to hurt my feelings. I have tried eating not as much or at all sweets ice cream crisps fizzy juice etc
And eating healthy for about 4 weeks now and I am not losing any weight I eat all the time even when I am not hungry mainly because things at home aren't going to well at home at to moment.
I need help I have all the summer holidays what can I do?
