MAYTAG MSD2669KEY01 REFRIGERATOR not cold vent lower left side covered with frost . Freezer has frost too.

It sounds like the defrost system has a problem. You need to defrost it and pull cover off freezer coils and check the defrost heater with an ohm meter. Also, make sure the condenser coils are clean under the unit. Wash them out with spray cleaner and a sprayer on water hose.
