I did not reply to hiss text or pick up his calls.one day he called my dad and asked to tslk to me and he told me that her messed up so much and he loved me and he knows that he hurt me and I turned him down the first time but 2 months ago me and him became best friends again well a coupple of nights ago he poped the will you go out with me I did and then yesterday night he did the same thing we were talking on the phone and he told me he would call me back then he said I love you baby and I said love you to and then I got a text from him saying its over. Trying to get back at someone is childish and all it does is show that person controls your actions.
What you need to do is move on and not get sucked in by him a third time. Leave him alone. No more chances.

Agreed, taking revenge is not the way to go. Just move on you don't need this guy as a boyfriend or friend, if this is how he treats people.

You can't hurt him like he hurt you anyway - he obviously doesn't care.
So you do what we all do:
Get friends to tell you over and over what a worthless bum he is.
Put his picture on the wall and throw things at it.
Get drunk with a few girlfriends who tuck you in on the couch.
I'm sure you can think of a few creative ones too.

I don't advocate getting drunk, this person is a minor and it solves nothing anyway.
Too many people do stupid things when they are drunk.

I have a couple of concerns - your father just died and you are grieving. I'm sure you are not making the best choices right now. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/other-family-people/dose-ever-get-better-671880.html
You are 12 - the "I love you, baby" is somewhat inappropriate.
And, yes, revenge is never a good idea.
Do you need this person to help you through the grieving process?

You guys are really young. Believe me this will pass and you will be "in love" with somebody else before you know it.
At you guys age, it comes and goes quickly

I figured they had to be young teens or something to want to get back at the other person.
Yes the best way, ignore them, and find someone else and be real happy.

Sweetie, did you really expect a 14 year old to be mature enough for a relationship? For that matter, did you really think you could handle a relationship at the age of 12?
You can't get even, he doesn't care.
The best you can do is stay single, be a child, concentrate on school and friends, and date when you're old enough. That won't be for a few years yet.
Definitely don't follow Joy's advice and get drunk. Bad advice for anyone, especially a 12 year old. :(

Love you, Joy - but you missed the "he's" 12 part.
Good - it's usually me who wasn't paying attention.

Boy you're going to hate me.
You both missed it. She's 12, he's 14.
Love you! Don't throw things! :)

Don't get back at him. Karma will bite him in the butt, and then he will probably be at your feet begging for forgiveness. Forgive him, but don't go out with him again.
You two can resolve your differences and become friends, just don't tell him anything important, because he might try to get away with telling somebody, and then it'll spread like wildfire.
