I'm 15 years old, 5'7" and 93 pounds. I eat healthy food and I get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, but I'm extremely underweight. I find myself very short in breath and fatigued. I get at least 7 hours of sleep a night but I always find myself really tired. I also have extremely severe menstrual cramps and other problems. I don't understand why.
