Probably so. Amphetamines have a greater affinity for hair than THC but most drugs aren't detected in hair* unless used in heavy dose (binge) or with some frequency. It isn't a matter of how long a substance stays in hair rather if it is incorporated in the first place.

*cocaine is a notable exception
