I live in pa and left a rental on 4/30/2012. He stated the door key did not work when he came to see the home so he bought a new lock on 5/7/2012. Hedid not respond to my security deposit until 6/13/12. I gave him forwarding address on the 5/7 when he was her. I finally received the e-mail stating he was notrefunded because the damages were more than the deposit. I had carpets prof.cleanedandhe states it cost him another 700 for cleaning and 400 for house cleaning carpets are over 6 years old plus a lot of other outrageous charges. I even had to let him know to submit the list to me and then again 5 days later to sendit what can I do.
