I'm 18 years old & I have a 5 month old, I had my mirena put in on my 6 week check up.. and now I'm having all the pregnancy symptoms that I had before. All my tests came back as negative. But I have the little flutters in my stomach like I had when I was pregnant before.. should I have it removed? Or what should I do? A doctor told me to ask my gyn to do an ultrasound.. I'm scared I'm not ready for another baby! Please help!

I would do exactly what the Physician said to do - have an ultrasound and then decide what to do next.

No one here can advise you.

Yes, you can get pregnant on Mirena. Nothing is 100%.

While the mirena is one of the most effective forms of birth control as you are aware I am sure by reading the information on it, it is only about 99.4 percent effective. So yes there is a chance that you can become pregnant while using it.
