My husband was late on paying his court costs by 2 weeks and his p.o violated him for it. This is not his first violation but it is his first since he was just ordered to start his probation over again. What is going to happen I'm going today to go pay it I had to borrow money.

He could start all over again. He could serve time in jail - apparently he's been violated before. Depends on whether the Judge wants to teach him a lesson.
