How do you report under age dating? A 15 year old is dating an 18 year old!

Call the parents of the 15 year old and report them.
This is not a crime, unless the parents of the 15 year did not give permission for their child to date the 18 year old.
There are laws about having sex, if they are having sex, call he police and children services
