I have lived in Kentucky for three years, starting 4th year. Father lives in Michigan where child support case resides. Father continues to have child support reduced (now $45/week for two children)
Is there any way possible to move the child support case to Kentucky? I have heard that they don't let fathers play the games that he's played to get support reduced.
He lives with his mother as a caregiver, works a "part time" job that he says will become full time (believe he's already working more than part time hours) so he doesn't have rent or additional household expenses which I have. I have never taken him to court for anything even when I lost my full time job teaching - I had to change many things to provide for my two boys - I survived and so have they - it just irritates me that he can get away with child support set at part time wages and alotting him at least 80 overnights as part of the support determination and he has never had the children for more than 20-21 overnights / year.

So long as he lives there then it can't be moved unless he were to somehow agree to it.
