Hi I'm 21 turning 22 this September.. I want to lose weight because my menstruation didn't come it's almost 3 to 4 months (im not pregnant because I don't have boyfriend), my weight is 115kg and my height is 5'5", I want to lose weight maximum of 10 lbs per month but I can't go in the gym.. I'm 4th year college student and when the class starts, I'm so busy, I can't sleep right because need to finish assignments, plates,etc.. sometimes I have no time also to exercise so what can I do... please help me thank you...

I can't choose also what I eat because what my mom cooked that's the only I eat. I try to lessen my food (without exercise because of busy studies) but when there's a party with my relatives it back again because they always say no diet eat all you can and when I refuse they get slightly mad.. I'm so depressed I REALLY want to lose weight.. thank you for helping I wish you can help me..

A Physician has told you your period is late because you are overweight?

You know the only way to lose weight is exercise more and eat less OR eat the "right" foods -

You know the main causes of obesity are lack of exercise stress and poor diet. Seems like your to stressed out try to calm yourself light some relaxation candles while u study. Another effective solution is jump start your metabolism that little engine inside you that burns calories 24/7 just eat breakfest and eat smaller portions but more often this will boost your metabolism and let you get away with eating a bit more these techniques will really help someone with a busy schedule and not a lot of time like yourself. Sorry long answer ima fitness freak ^_^

I weighed more than you did and I never missed my periods. There must be other reasons that you are not menstruating on time. Go consult your doctor. Well, if you really think it is your weight that stopped or slowed the monthly flow of your periods then here's something's for you..
Avoid anything that's white.
No excess sugary edibles.
Don't take too much stress of things. Relax your mind.
Take brisk walk more when you go somewhere if you are too busy for jogging in the mornings. Walk walk and walk as much as you can !
In order to achieve something, you must make some sacrifices.. Ask your mom to make you healthy food and tell her that you really want to loose those muffin tops and stubborn tires that hung aound your belly.. she will do it, because she is your mom and she cares so much for you.
Losing weight is not a piece of cake, so keep up with both your studies and weight loss plan. You will need mental preparation, strong will power and hard work ! This may seem hard for you.. but think ! You will feel better when you feel healthier and fit later. So good luck !

I disagree with her Mom's part in this - yes, she can ask her family to help her resist temptation but I see no indication that her mother isn't preparing "healthy meals" because I don't see that the rest of the family is overweight.

Losing weight starts and ends with the OP - she has to do the work, say "no" to certain foods, get herself going.

Yes, other people can help but it's not their problem.
