Belly fat very difficult to lose. One can lose all over, but that fat which will constantly hang can only be removed by surgery. In is actually access skin developed to accommodate fatty tissue in that area. Stomach muscles may be in great shape, but that is underneath and has nothing to do with hanging skin.

The part of your body you are asking about is the hanging skin part right ?

Well this is the part that you can't lose aside from surgery to remove loose skin.

Most women have this problem from gaining weight and losing, bearing children, and it doesn't go away, but we live with it. We may get our weight back down in later years but still have that 'apron' or so, as wel call it, so join the club.

I don't know which sex you are but it makes no difference either way. You will have to find a plastic surgeon to remove it for you.

For instance, people who have lyposuction on their abdomens are left with that hanging skin, and to look completely in shape, have removed what can be removed, and the rest is tummy tucked.
