I am 16 weeks pregnant and I worry ALL THE TIME if something is wrong with the baby. There are no signs of anything being wrong, I feel great and haven't had any bleeding during my entire pregnancy. Sometimes I get pains in my belly but I try to remind myself it's probably gas or round ligament pain. Does anyone else have this problem? I find it hard to go out and shop because I'm so scared something bad is going to happen and I will have to go through the pain of returning everything. PLEASE HELP

The worst thing you can do while pregnant is to stress. Although nothing may be wrong with your baby now, if you continue stressing about every little thing, constantly... you will do harm to not only yourself but to your baby as well. Try and relax. Just keep reminding yourself that you need to remain as calm and collective as possible for a perfect healthy baby. Stress does nothing but bad to your body as well as your baby. Do things that help relieve stress, such as light exercise, go out for a nice walk, go for a nice swim, read a book, go get a massage, meditate, lay in an open field and just breathe in an out deeply and say "I can and will do this" "my baby is my life, and I am a strong, beautiful, young woman".

The best thing to do is go to your doctor and see what he/she says. There may be something he can give you to help calm your nerves down.
