I'm 13 years old and my mom is letting me get my.bellybutton pierced and I'm scared. I already have my cartilage pierced and it barely stung. I have a phobia of.needles though... how do I keep it clean and does it hurt? I have a medium pain tolerance.

Yes, it will most likely hurt a bit. Your stomach is quite a sensitive area.
You keep it clean the same way you did when you got your ear pierced, use rubbing alcohol and rotate the piercing if you can twice a day. They'll probably give you something to clean it with depending on where you get it done. If you ask them about it they should also be able to tell you more about how to clean it and what to expect - if they can't tell you these basic things go somewhere else.

You seem fairly responsible worrying about how to clean it but... just remember clean it no matter what, if it gets infected it will hurt 10x more than it will when you get it done initially- so keep it clean!

lol... I remember back when I was 13 and my mom was just letting me get my ears pierced! And your mom is letting you get your belly button pierced... haha.
