Soo my ex and I broke up about a year and 5 months ago he broke up with me because of a BIG misunderstanding he realized it a while back but yeah our families are really close and we always hang out at his olders sisters house and he flirts with me , and touches my hands and plays with my fingers like we did when we were together... And he always gives this face expression when I give him a kiss (anywhere) like he always aspects me too?. He won't say he likes me back even though I tell him I like him infrot of every too! Btw we are both 16 abd I think I love him he was and is still my first love.. Help me I just want to know lol

We don't know him sweetheart, all signs point to yes but he doesn't seem to be expressing it verbally. Try asking him, in private, if he likes you again. That's the only way to really find out.
