I'm little bit worry.. just after IUD removal, I was expecting my periods but still it didn't come.. I want to pregenent.. but is it unsafe? Or will it can give any problem to my health or kid's health.. what I should do??

Why don't you discuss this with your doctor, but if the IUD has been removed and you get pregnant, there should be no problem. You need to ovulate to get pregnant and ovulation usually occurs 14 days before your period starts, on a 28 day cycle. Good luck.
