Yes it is actually possible for your hymen to break twice. Correction, it can't break twice, but some could be left over from last time, and it could have torn as well. If it was just a little bit of blood, you should be okay. However, if the problem persists, I would hope to see a visit to the doctor in your future. Bleeding at an irregular time can mean many different things, and shouldn't be taken lightly.
