I have a 15 yr. old Granddaughter who is out of control and pregnant. Even though she is pregnant she continues to smoke (both cigarettes and pot) and drink, along with still having unprotected sex. My son has tried everything from going to the police & reporting her to protective services, with no help. Protective Services, there is nothing they can do until she has her baby. Counseling, well if she don't want to go, he can not make her. About 4 yrs. Ago my Grandchildren were taken away from there mother by Protective Services, my son got full custody of my Grandchildren. He as little money, but is trying to do the best he can. Is there a help out there for someone in his situation??

Why and how is she getting smoke and drink ? Why are the police not being called to go after those people. Is the babies daddy in jail for having sex with a 15 year old? If not why not ?

How is she buying the smoke and drink, if there is no money ?
How is she getting out of the house and not grounded and not allowed out to do all of those things ?

IF she is leaving against his orders, why is not the Juv court used and have her taken in for her actions.
