My ex told me everything with us happened to fast! And she was only just out of another relationship 1 month before we meet. So now she has ended it but says she loves me and misses me but needs time and space to sort her own issues out! She knows how I feel, for the first 3 weeks I would tx and call her it seemed to get me nowhere, I left her for one week and she contacted me and wanted to see me, I did see her we had a nice time, had sex several time etc... but she hasn't changed her mind on the time and space! Seeing her didn't help me at all just hurt badly after she was going to, I know her really well and know there isn't anyone else, she not that type of girl. She wants to see me and stuff but can't be in a relationship right now! What do I do to make her realise? Because I'm just getting hurt right now

You need to Play hard to get for 1 week

Unfortunately, you were a rebound and not destined to last very long. Don't play games by playing hard to get for a week. For your own sake and sanity, go No Contact. Otherwise, she will continue to nibble at yourself esteem but never reconnect with you the way you want her to. No phone calls, no texting, no talking in real life, and if you happen to be near each other in person, give a polite nod in her direction and then move on. If you can't do that, she will probably drain you dry of emotion.
