My friend sort of changed her behavior suddenly and I don't know what it means. Every time we joked around and especially when I teased her, she would hit me on the arms or the shoulders. It just gave us a sense of familiarity and comfort. I never hit her back because I knew she was in a serious LDR and I didn't want to do anything to cause misunderstanding between her and her boyfriend back home.

But lately, she stopped it altogether. Or the few times it looked like she would reach out to hit me, she kind of pulled back awkwardly. One time, she was sitting next to me and she reached out and was almost going to hit me but awkwardly hit my chair instead. What does this change in her behavior mean? Did I do something wrong?

How old are you both? Maybe its NOT you but something else going on in her life, so don't take it personally.
