BOth my teen sons won't talk to me and ran away to families houses

I am a single mom of two teen boy they both ran away and went to dads at two different times when the 17 yo ran away I couldn't even get dad to answer the phone and believe that him letting my son run an stay there only made things worse dad is hardly a part of both of there lives an he wants to bad mouth me to our kids I made sure they called him all there lives because I left him because he abused me for 9 years so my son didn't want to do chores n pushed me n ran away to dad's well dad let him stay n I told him he was allowing our son to disrespect me by not talking about the problem eventually he ended up physically getting in a fight with dad n still won't come home he moved to grandma house

Call the Police and report them missing OR do nothing - the 17 year old is close to legal age. The 15 year old is not but if you drag him back to your house will he run away again?
