Okay, so this boy I liked him on and off. I liked him when we first meant but when he asked me out I felt he was going to use me and plus my brothers did not like him so I did not want to put us both in a situation. But it has been a couple of years and when I told him I liked him he kind of blew me off at first he didn't believe my cousin an than the second time he said oh cool. So, I lost interest a little. Also, when we were younger he acted different with me. He is acting like the jerk that people said he was. But, I think maybe he does not want to date me because

1. His parents don't really like me (whole other story)
2. He likes some other that is his "FWB"

But the boy that I knew before would never do this to me. He started to ignore me a little so I was like I guess we not cool. So my cousin asked him and he said yeah I guess and I still think that he was just saying that cause he was talking to my cousin and plus when she asked him he changed the subject. It seems like when I come up in a conversation he wants to change the focus to some other girl. I don't talk to him myself because he likes to avoid all of my questions no matter how simple they maybe. So, my cousin asked (him live down the street from her). One time I said I need to talk to him but I never had the chance and when I'm at her house he's never there. I did not tell my cousin what I had to tell him because I knew she was going to tell him. Should I just move on?

If so, how because I still have feels for this kid. I'm guessing he still has some for me cause he never did me wrong , never got mad at me , and there are times he will be looking at me with a look in his eyes that seems like he is thinking or guilty. He really looks at me when I'm texting someone and laugh it looks like it hurts him or he is curious. Did I do something wrong to him? Now that I think about it he was never open with liking me the only person that really new was my brothers friend because he asked me out in front of him and I said no and he kept asking and I kept saying no and my brothers friend cursed him out.

I find it funny because he was straight up about liking to girl next door to him. Last thing I promise! LOL When my uncle had a party all him and his cousin friends came and he introduced me in a low voice and his friends and his cousin gave me a blank look like I did something or shocked (I was wearing a tank and short shorts. It was summer) He seemed a little bothered by it but not much and his cousin was flirting with me or trying to get in my pants like asking if I was staying the night at my cousin house. The boy was sitting there and he was just looking off straight ahead. And when his dad came he put his head down (this is after the problem and his parents did care much for me) and when I left everyone said bye but him. What did I do wrong to this boy or is it not me? I did not flirt with his cousin I talked to the boy too.

Should I just move on in life or should I get him back?
