I am female 33 years old and I am taking contraceptive pill Gracial for three months now for protection. I would like to know if its safe to drink every day and which time of the day is best milk thistle seeds because of liver problem. Is it going to interfear with my contraceptive pill and I may not be proteceted to avoid pregnancy. Is it also safe for my husband to drink for the same reason or it would have side effect on his hormones. Thank you.
