Hi there I bought a car of eBay and on the day I collected the car I counted out the cash on his coffee table in front of him and my wife watched us he accepted the money and gave me the keys then left money on the table now after 11 days he is saying I haven't paid for car and if I don't pay he is coming up to collect car any ideas on where I stand
