It depends on a couple things, like was it marijuana or heroin? What it ounces or tons? Are you a first offender, or an old timer? What's illegal about your gun? If you're a felon in possession of a firearm, I believe it's a mandatory 5 years. Then you got the drugs to deal with... I'd hire me a good attorney.
