A lawsuit for what ? I don't think you posted earlier under this name regarding this. I think it was your daughter leaned on a porcelain sink and it fell off the wall.
Explain. We need more information and only one poster doing it.

For your daughter's injuries? Possibly. What sort of injuries did she sustain? Were there medical bills?

This isn't the place to find out if you have a lawsuit or not... If you find an attorney who will take your case on a contingency basis, THEN you have a lawsuit.
But, I don't think you've got one if you have to pay a lawyer.
