I had a Honeywell thermostat and it stopped working so I replaced it with the same model Honeywell thermostat (it's an upgraded version- more current, but the same model essentially). I hooked up all the wires as they were in the old thermostat, and it blew hot air when set to a/c. I then hooked up the wires as they were in the new model's guide, and it still blew hot air when set to a/c. I checked all of the settings and it's still doing it. I am a new homeowner and completely clueless about what to do here... any clue as to why it's only blowing hot air?
