I have ingrown hair on the side of my face and a little bit on my neck I had plucked a few of them out and since I have done that I have marks of my face and neck what can I do to get rid of them I have tried almost every bleaching cream and nothing really works

A simple face scrub should help it will remove the dead skin from around the hair and alow it to grow normally
