Show us your work and we'll tell you if you're on the right track.

We won't do your homework for you, that's not something we do on this site. This assignment was given for you to learn, and we're willing to help, but you have to show us that you're making an effort.

So tell us what you've come up with, and we'll go from there. :)

I'm not sure where to start

Start with the equation, with what you know.

Show the work you've done. Which part is giving you a problem?

Mainly, write down your work so we can see where you're going wrong, if you are in fact doing something wrong. You may not be.

In10^x=loge^x+2
log(base e)10^x =loge^x+2

not sure where to go from there

xln10=xloge+2

You're almost there!

If the problem was this: Ax = Bx+2 and you wanted to solve for x how would you do it? Apply the same process here. Remember that ln(10) and log(e) are just numbers, so you can add and subtract them just as you do with numbers in algebra.
