I have been bought out from a bank to another and was bought out in 2007 and haven't had any history of my house being on my credit sine then and it is now 2012. Can my house company have the right not to report on my credit for this long? And what can I do to get the ball rolling?

Mortgage companies are not required to report your history... but it surprises me that you have one that does not. The vast majority of them DO report to the credit bureaus.

If they do not report, you cannot make them report it.

You should, though, give them a call and ask them why they are not showing it on your Credit Report. Can't hurt to ask.
