I have a bank account that I put one of my workers on for the purpose of having a card put in his name so that he can purchase material to fix and repair home that I purchase or sale. He had a judgement on him unbeknown to me. They levy my account for the money. I have proof that the money in the account belongs to me. It was in the form of a check that I received from escrow. Of which I have a copy. The worker has absolutely no money in the account that belong to him. What can I do and how

Why couldn't he open his own account in his own name? Any documented (meaning living and working here legally) adult can do that easily.

There are forms and procedures to contest such a bank levy. They would vary depending on the jurisdiction. Check with the clerk of the court who issued the writ of execution for details.
It was not a very smooth move on your part. I am guessing that you know that now. What you should have done, rather than putting this person on your account, would have been asking for a debit card to be issued to that person.
