I have been trying to get in my Yahoo account, I have forgot my password and this has lock up my account, I just want to close my account out and start a new one, but I need to get in my account to do this I was told by this web site, can you help me please, thank you

Webmail accounts "time out" after a set period, normally 90 days of inactivity.
As you have already locked it out, then simply move on to the next webmail supplier.
