Galvanized pipe plumbing: connecting water pressure controller , what type of coupler/adapter do I need to finish installation. The pipe has to connect into the elbow AND the 'pressure controller'(spun it round and round into the left side until it unscrewed from the right side), I remember how I removed it, but don't think that'll work well for installation...

Galvanized pipe plumbing: connecting water pressure controller By "water pressure controller" do you mean PRV ( pressure reducing valve)? Back to you, Tom

If that is the four-way shower 'controller', then yes...
That's not it. For a galvanized connection To your valve I'd come off the valve with 1/2" galvanized street ells with a short nipple connecting to a 12
Galvanized union which then connects to your raisers. Good luck Tom..
