My boyfriend and I were split from my parents last summer and we couldn't see each other; much heartache and depression for both of us. With only the phones to keep us together I had a dream. It was of my boyfriend, his alive brother, and me soon to find out his dead brother. I had several more dreams with him and he was giving me advice saying it would be okay. I nailed his appearance when I told my boyfriend and he couldn't help but cry: I'd never seen his deceased brother. Along with this I began to see shadows, being woken up by my name, pinched, and hearing a train whistle; which he loved. My boyfriend and I got back together, but mistakes led to his brother returning to my dreams, not completely happy. Now my dog acts funny whenever I'm home alone, and I hear that train whistle. Am I haunted?

I find the only way to rid of them is to ignore it. Also if you fear it, it can thrive off it. This is all I know so far but will try to keep you updated as I discover more.

Just because a spirit is not frightening does not mean it is harmless. 90% of their opertaion is solely deceit. There is a reason the Bible says to test spirits that come to you... most are not good.

I had started hanging out with a new boy in town and we became best friends, my boyfriend hated this. I also told my boyfriend I didn't love him at one point and he was Extremely hurt. Now it is fixed. Our love is very strong, and the new boy is really just a friend. My boyfriend had a jealous streak. He has experienced dreams in his past with his brother saying it would be okay, but that was a while ago and only happened several times. So not really it is just usually me.

Honestly it sounds like a protective and helpful message. Helping you in times of distress... telling you to be careful, reminding you that there are other people to love you, etc. -- and it sounds like you were asking for him to help too. If you're scared even though boyfriend said not to worry, - ask brother to please be at peace, thank him, you don't need him anymore. Remember - these are just people who sometimes try to watch out for us or he could be part of your subconscious/dreaming mind. If you feel scared or feeling "watched" it could be that you're thinking a lot about the topic.
