Just replaced my Delta 1500 cartridge of my faucet. Everything seems straight forward and installation went smoothly. Turn on water supply, no cold water regardless of how cold I turned my temperature control handle. Turned off hot water supply with faucet on, no cold water. Cold water supply is not an issue since it works after I reinstalled my old cartidge back. Double check installation and everything seems to be aligned properly. Even tried removing the rotational limit stop ring so I could turn my temperature control handle 360 degrees. I have every degree/position on the temp control handle but still no cold water. What did I do wrong?
