I have a 1 year old jack russell she have been throwing up since Saturday afternoon she will not eat anything and when she gets water it comes back up. It is white and foamy and sometimes thick and yellow with mucus please help what should I do?

Does she have a habit of chewing up toys or other things, has she eaten something she shouldn't have, gotten into the trash or been given table food, bones?
Just a guess, but she could have an obstruction. I hope that is not the case and it could be something else going on.
A trip to the vet is on order here.
