Ok, I just recently went through basic training for the Air Force and am about through with tech school and the girl I was together with before all that says she still likes me and still wants to have a relationship but tends to ignore my texts and when I confronted her about it she said she has been "real busy" lately. I know its not true because of her friends and my friends I talk to. She has just put pictures of her and another guy up on Facebook but says they are "just friends". What is going on?

That is something you need to ask her. Then you believe her or you don't.
Ask her if she has found someone new and if she has, leave her alone.
