So I am on birth control and decided I wanted to skip my placebo pills because I was going on vacation with my fiancé. Long story short I skipped my Saturday pill in the old pack and had sex twice on the Sunday I was suppose to start the new pack because of me skipping my period. I was doing good with the new pack no spotting or anything in the first week. Then on the Monday in my second week I'm having bleeding its sometimes red and den turns brown. The sex I had was unprotected so now I reading about stuff like implantation bleeding and cramps and I'm scared!

Yes of course it can be pregnancy,

1. even with the pills, they are not 100 percent, 1000's of women get pregnant every year using the pills

2. You, without discussion with your doctor, changed they way you took the pills.
The "shock" to your body with a change in the system can effect this.

3. trying to miss a period has caused issues, since the body was expecting or getting ready for it.

But at least you can explain to the boyfriend why he is going to be a daddy now, because you felt it was worth the risk to enjoy your vaction more. I am sure he will understand.
