So my 91 civic is making noise like it is out of oil or has bad gas but oil is fine and has a fresh tank of fuel. That noise also stops for a few seconds at a time and when it does it seems like the car has les power. It also shakes at a higher speed and shifter shakes bad!

If it has an automatic transmission, try draining the fluid and refilling with 3 quarts of either Honda Z-1 ATF or Mobil 1 Synthetic Multi-Vehicle ATF.
