I have had my license revoked for the past two years after my second DUI. I was denied at my appeal 3 months ago. What would be my next step in getting my license back.How do I go about taking this to civic court, and can I do it now?

What makes you think the court will have a different view of the situation than the administrative tribunal? An appeal is not simply a re-roll of the die. You must be able to persuade the court that the agency made some sort of a procedural mistake.

One DUI is bad enough; realizing, of course, that people get killed by drunk drivers, but you did it again and expect them to hand your driver's license back!

I hope you are never able to drive again.
