I've been having regular periods every 7 days for 7days, is this bad?

For how long? How old are you?

I just turned 20, and its been going on for about two months.

Last year in September I had a miscarrage and then was on the birth control shot for three months till December, (maybe that's why?) then had a few normal periods then I started having them every 7 days.
