I signed a quit claim deed on my parking space and later a made a short sale. May I have some problems in the future?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second, can you supply some details here. You quit claimed your "parking space". Was your parking space separately deeded? Generally they go with the property. Afterwards you did a short sale, but of what? The parking space or the property (I'm assuming condo here, put it would help to give details).

If you sold the property with the parking space you are in trouble. If you sold the parking space it wasn't yours to sell. If it wasn't deeded separately you couldn't quit claim it anyway. Finally ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
